In each 45-minute virtual session, Ellin leads you through purposeful, goal-driven workouts focused on HIIT, bodyweight, core, and easily accessible movements so u dont have to worry about weights tailored to your body, experience level, and personal goals. Programming is periodized for every 6 weeks with a de-load phase. Every session is designed to help you train with intention, feel real progress, and walk away stronger—physically and mentally.

Longevity Training Program
Our Longevity Program begins with an intake evaluation call to go over your equipment, workout space, time availability, schedule, goals, exercise history, and current challenges.
From there, you’ll work with Ellin to create 18 fully customized workouts that fit seamlessly into your life. Over the course of 6 weeks, you’ll complete a rotation of three strength-focused sessions each week: one upper body, one lower body, and one full-body workout—with core activation incorporated into every session. One workout each week will also be dedicated to stretching, mobility, and recovery.
By the end of the 6 weeks, not only will you feel stronger, but you’ll also have the structure and confidence to continue training independently. Weekly check-ins via text offer ongoing support to navigate challenges and answer questions as they come up.
