Getting Started
You’ll begin with a 45-minute deep-dive intake call to explore your eating habits, identify what’s getting in the way, and get clear on the small shifts that will make the biggest difference.
From there, biweekly 30-minute check-ins offer personalized support, real-time accountability, and space to talk through what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to shift. You’ll also receive access to a shared Google Drive with practical resources— grocery lists, meal-building tools, and strategies to stay consistent between sessions.

This program requires a minimum two-month commitment to ensure consistency and momentum. After two months, you may continue on a month-to-month basis or end the program with one week’s notice.
